Homes of Hope plans to host its annual golf classic in early November.
Business leaders, community partners and supporters will attend the tournament on Nov. 4 at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, located at 201 Golf Bridge Road in Marietta. The Greenville-based nonprofit organization aims to raise $135,000 through the event.
Proceeds from the Homes of Hope Golf Classic will support the nonprofit organization’s efforts to build affordable homes and provide workforce development opportunities for men overcoming addiction.
Homes of Hope has created 757 affordable homes and graduated 348 men from its Workforce Development program since its inception in 1998.
“The Golf Classic gives our community an opportunity to be part of a tangible solution,” said Don Oglesby, CEO of Homes of Hope. “Every sponsor, team and supporter helps us create housing that families can afford while opening doors to greater economic mobility.”
