“Grounded” will open Sept. 4 at Spoonbill Gallery in Greenville.
The exhibition, which features works by Greenville artist Michelle Berg Radford, will be at 1292 Pendleton St. through Sept. 26.

Radford paints landscapes that capture the light, color and movement of the places she loves, said the gallery in a news release.
“The more our lives are shaped by technology and artificial experiences, the more convinced I become that spending time in nature is essential,” said Radford. “These paintings are an invitation to slow down, witness the extraordinary beauty around us and remember what is real. I hope that viewers leave with a renewed desire to love and protect the places that sustain us.”
Spoonbill Gallery will hold a First Friday reception Sept. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. to celebrate the new collection.
