Final approval: Annexation and rezoning for possible commercial use
Council approved an ordinance to annex and rezone 23.2 acres at Conestee Road and Lakewood Drive. The owner, MetroConnects, has requested an S-1 zoning classification, which will make way for possible commercial use.
Initial approval: Adams Glen pump station fee
Council approved plans to add a pump station fee to the platted lots in the Adams Glen subdivision.
The fee will be $122 and assessed annually on each lot’s property tax bill.
This item will go before the City Council for final approval Aug. 19.
Final approval: Indigo Point pump station fee
Council approved plans to add a pump station fee to the final lot in the Indigo Point subdivision.
The fee is $73 and will be assessed annually on the lot’s property tax bill.
