The Cottages at Chanticleer Homeowners Association will seek annexation during the February city of Greenville Planning Commission meeting.
The application requests annexation into the city and zoning of 13.01 acres between Berkman’s Lane, Porcher Circle and Chapman Road. The rezoning component would shift the zoning designation from R-M20 (multifamily residential district) in Greenville County to RH-C (House C District) within the city.
The application includes a petition with signatures from at least 75% of property owners in the designated area. If approved by the Planning Commission, it will go to Greenville City Council for a vote.
The meeting will be held Feb. 6 at Greenville City Hall at 4 p.m.
