Interior design and home design studio
Bruce Pasquarella founded American Eagle Builders in 2002. His company builds high-end luxury custom homes throughout Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, including all seven of The Cliffs communities, as well as many other upscale neighborhoods. In 2012, American Eagle Builders began building AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg, a name synonymous with high-end luxury custom homes since it was founded 60 years ago in Florida.
American Eagle Builders is in the process of adding its own design studio. AR Home Interiors will be headed up by Kirsten Gilliam and located in a 120-year-old building called the “Old Cotton Warehouse” in downtown Greenville.
Gilliam was previously the head of the Arthur Rutenberg Homes Design Studio along the South Carolina coast for nearly a decade, and works with all AR Homes clients on selections and finishes for their home – from kitchen and bath fixtures to lighting, drapes and furniture. She also has contributed to the design of stunning model homes at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove and The Cliffs at Keowee Springs.
After great feedback from clients and many requests, AR Home Interiors will soon be open to serve not just AR Homes clients, but anyone who wants to update their home with color, texture, comfort and beauty. Furniture from recognized brands, detailed drawings for furniture placement and a huge library of textiles — along with Gilliam’s exacting eye and extensive experience — bring enduring style to any project.
