The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 71.8% increased in active residential listings, from 2,132 listings on the multiple listing service on March 10, 2022, to 3,662 on March 10, 2023.
The average residential sales price has decreased 2.3% year over year from $464,238 in 2022 to $451,736 in 2023, and median residential sales prices have risen 1.2%, from $325,890 to $329,900.
The average number of days on market has increased by 31.7% from 63 to 83.
GGAR also reported 1,013 homes were pending sale and 990 units were under contingency contract as of March 10.
