The South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities Foundation announced Feb. 21 it earned the 2024 Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid, an organization that works to measure a nonprofit’s accountability.
Candid awards the Platinum Seal of Transparency to organizations that maintain the highest level of responsible fiscal management and commitment to accountability and transparency.
“We are grateful to receive this designation for 2024,” said Amanda Herlihy, executive director of the South Carolina Governor’s School of the Arts and Humanities Foundation. “Our board and staff work hard to ensure that the Governor’s School Foundation is transparent and maintains the highest nonprofit accountability standards.
