One in four people who have analaphylactic shock don't know they had a life-threatening allergy. Others who do know sometimes don't carry their prescribed epinephrine auto injectors. To help combat that, Furman installs epinephrine auto injector kits across campus.

Downtown Greenville is a ‘perfect learning laboratory’ for USC Upstate

Downtown Greenville is a perfect learning laboratory for a new program in urban and regional studies, USC Upstate Chancellor Tom Moore said Monday while announcing the school’s new downtown location. “All you have to do is look out the window,” Moore said from a conference room on the second floor of an office building at 501 River St., part of the 5,600 square feet the school will lease.
