There will be no parking on Greenville’s Main Street Friday night. Friday night beginning at 11:30 p.m. from Saturday morning at 8, all of the parking spots will be empty to allow work crews to remove any snow that falls overnight.

The parking ban goes from the Hyatt on North Main to Fluor Field.

City crews work off an established priority list of locations to clear and treat if necessary. The list includes 35 bridges located within the city limits, major thoroughfares with steep grades, parking garage entrances and major intersections.
