Joe’s Place Bookstore will be closing at the end of this year, GVLToday reported Friday.

The owners are in their 60s and want to focus on retirement. The store will offer discounts beginning Nov. 1.

GVLToday reported that the current owners are in the process of listing the property for sale, but are interested in selling the business to have someone else keep the vision going.
