Sitting at the foot of a breathtaking rock face – at the edge of a peaceful private lake
Nestled in the mountains of North Carolina sits a true diamond in the rough. Genco Pools, the premier luxury pool company of Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, has constructed another gem at High Hampton.
A historic, family-oriented mountain community, High Hampton provides the best in mountain living, vacationing and leisure. For nearly a century, they have provided residents and guests with an unparalleled connection to the nature that surrounds the community. From hiking to golf and even donkey cart rides, High Hampton provides a unique leisure experience. That’s why they’ve contracted the very best in luxury pools to add to their amenities.
Quality Amenities from Quality Companies
Genco Pools, along with general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie and the developer Daniel Communities, have created another top-notch experience for residents and visitors at High Hampton. The 3,000-square-foot pool sits between Rock Mountain and Chimney Top with breathtaking views Western North Carolina is known for. Complete with a 350-square-foot spa and an extensive deck to provide relaxation for all of its guests, this outdoor space is perfect for any gathering. “It’s located right off of Highway 107,” says Todd Edwards, director of sales and business development at Genco. “The pool sits juxtaposed to a pristine mountain lake. It truly is a unique space.”
The new saltwater pool and spa are engineered with state-of-the-art equipment, including CAT 6000 chemical automation and Saline C salt cells by Hayward, as well as Ultraviolet disinfecting systems by Chloroking to provide the very best in pool sanitation and performance.
A Little Luxury Among Nature
Genco Pools and Spas has been installing the most innovative and creative pools in the Upstate for years. They’ve teamed with Brasfield & Gorrie as well as the Daniel Communities to build some of the most notable projects in the Carolinas, including Deca Camperdown in Downtown Greenville.
For the High Hampton project, they’ve created a space where luxury can coincide with nature. Everything we do for residential and commercial pools in the Upstate coalesces in this pool up in the mountains,” says Edwards. Now, families will be able to enjoy the luxury of a Genco Pools and Spa creation surrounded by unparalleled mountain views thousands of feet above sea level.
