Sherry Jackson is Vice President, Content and Digital. In this role, she oversees all digital and print content, websites and social media channels for all Community Journals publications, including the Greenville Journal, Upstate Business Journal, TOWN magazine, atHome and vive. She was a senior staff writer for the Upstate Business Journal from 2013-2016 before moving to Arizona for three years where she continued her journalism career as a freelance writer. She rejoined the Community Journals team in 2019.
She is an award-winning journalist, editor and author. She has been a writer for more than 25 years with hundreds of articles in local, regional and national publications. She has authored a hiking book, “Five Star Trails South Carolina Upstate,” with a second edition coming in 2022. She had a prior career in information technology in addition to owning several small businesses.
