Quality, style and service you expect

It started with a hand-drawn farmhouse. Every inch of that home was thought through and designed to be what blended the best of old-world farmhouse and our modern style today. From there … another. And another. The Farmhouse Series was the spark. We opened one of the homes for an event the night before it hit the market and over 400 people came through, drawn to the quality and design, and drawn to the importance placed on community as well. Aspects of personal dreams were seen in the homes, and clients began designing and building with us.

“Strength in numbers.” It’s a catch phrase because there is so much truth to it. We can often do more when we combine our strengths, abilities and resources then we can when we go at it alone. This is the philosophy of Mark and Jeremiah (over 45 years combined in the building/high-end custom home industry) and it is the heartbeat of Silverline Inc. It’s the reason we have the resources to be able to communicate and skillfully take a project from a dream to completion, without compromising attention to detail, quality or design. It’s why we can run a referral-based business and continue to make wonderful new friendships along the way. Fine custom home building is a process requiring communication, creativity, skill, knowledge and analytical execution. When all the parts are there, the end product is a lifelong dream come true, and that is the heart of our success.
