Digging roots deeper in the Upstate
Established in 1875, Robinson Funeral Home is one of the oldest family-owned businesses in the Upstate. Nearing 150 years of helping people say goodbye to their loved ones, the company maintains its tradition of caring, but continues to grow and change to reflect consumer needs. One important aspect of that is Robinson Memorial Gardens, currently undergoing a large expansion of more than four acres.
Robinson Memorial Gardens already offers a variety of options, including glass-front niches, a Veterans Garden of Honor, Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum, and plots overlooking more than 80 acres of rolling green hills. The new addition will offer even more options for Upstate families, including a garden mausoleum and pavilion that is unlike anything else in the area.
“This will be a really unique development with the garden mausoleum and pavilion, various cremation options and more burial plots,” says Chris Robinson, managing owner and a fourth-generation funeral director. “It will be a peaceful place, and a calming and soothing gathering place for families and loved ones.”
With full-service funeral homes in downtown Easley, Powdersville Road and Central-Clemson Commons, plus Robinson Memorial Gardens being easily accessible to each, Robinson can assist families throughout the Upstate as they honor and celebrate their loved ones. The Powdersville Road location is the only funeral home in the Upstate that can facilitate all arrangements in one convenient setting including a crematory, cemetery selection area, and an experienced staff, which is licensed, professional, dedicated and responsive.
