This wife and mom of three is smack-dab between young buyers purchasing their first home and retirees selling their final home. “I love being able to relate and assist buyers and sellers at every stage of their lives,” says Morrell. “With 17 years of experience, I have a wealth of experiences to draw from and a network to capitalize on.”
Each year, Morrell looks for a word that she focuses on for inspiration. This year, she chose the word: BOLD.
“It can be easy to become complacent in this business, but I want to step up and outside of the box for my clients by being creative each and every year, especially as we enter a new decade and with it oftentimes unchartered waters,” says Morrell.
