“Buying or selling – a piece of cake”
When it comes to getting things done for her clients, Jill Chapman is unstoppable.
Recently she got a call from a couple – Steve & Kay Koffel – who were interested in looking at condos on Lake Hartwell, in a development where Jill happens to live. Dedicated to her exercise regimen, Jill got caught on the phone and was still in her gym clothes when it was time to meet her new clients. No bother, they said. If they were going to end up as neighbors, gym clothes were an inevitability. So onward Jill pressed.
When they arrived at the unit in question, they were greeted by a swarm of wasps who had made their home in a wreath hanging on the front door. Jill grabbed the wreath, threw it over the railing and managed to make it inside, wasps swarming all the while. Now Jill was trapped inside and the Koffels were stuck outside. The front door was a no go, but Jill was determined they would do what they came to do. So like any quick-thinking superhero, Jill opened the bedroom window and pulled her clients safely inside – saving the day, and making the sale.
Matthew L. Thrift, Jill’s Broker said, “Jill is the type of agent that from the time you meet her you love her. She is one of the best I have seen for building long-lasting relationships with her clients.”
