Dedicated to the extraordinary, the exceptional, the unique

Amy Hammond fits right in with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, listing and selling high-end homes and working with international clients. Part of her unique ability to put high-end deals together is the way she’s always ready to roll up her sleeves. She works hard for her clients as she says, “Hold my champagne … watch this!”

An Anderson native, Amy has 23 years of real estate expertise. Since she teamed up with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty over a year ago, her sales and average sales price have skyrocketed. She’s expanded her scope to the international market, working with clients from Belgium, Egypt, Guatemala, India and beyond.

She’s in the process of earning her international properties specialist license. “Sotheby’s is truly a global brand, so I want to become a truly international broker.” Yet Amy will always have that Southern charm and her home-grown drive.

Amy is an avid boater and golfer. She loves spending time with her two teenaged daughters and her husband Jody (23 years and counting).

Whether her clients hail from the BVI’s, across the Atlantic, or the Upstate, Amy goes wherever her work takes her. Clients treasure her refreshingly candid advice in every aspect, including construction, creative financing, and the importance of every detail. Amy Hammond is always dedicated to The Extraordinary … The Exceptional … The Unique.

ESTABLISHED: 1997
DID YOU KNOW? Amy served as vice president of the Hyco K9 fund, focused on making every K9 unit as safe as possible.
