Everything we touch turns to SOLD
Alex and Ellis Crigler are on the brink of an exciting new challenge.
“We’re at the point right now where we feel like every single thing we’ve done in our careers has led us here,” Alex says. “And the best is yet to come.”
Alex is no stranger to the responsibility of legacy. As the oldest grandchild of the late C. Dan Joyner, who founded a real estate company under the same name in 1964, Alex grew up in the business, first working for his father, David, while in high school. He later sold and leased commercial property and was the Broker-In-Charge of the property management company.
Now he and Ellis, who works as an agent on their team, have a second torch to carry, as they prepare for their next chapter with The Chet & Beth Smith Group. This new adventure in the residential sales arena has the Criglers energized.
“When I was approached by Chet to work with and learn under him, it was a no-brainer,” Alex says. “Over the last 25 years they’ve literally seen everything and tried everything. Having them express interest in Ellis and I joining their unbelievably hardworking and successful team is inspiring.”
