As of Jan. 18, there are 730 people hospitalized due to COVID-19 within the 11 Prisma Health facilities that are treating COVID-19 both in Greenville and Columbia, according to the latest data. This is a jump of about 100 from numbers updated Jan. 13, when 628 people were hospitalized with COVID-19 within the same 11 Prisma Health facilities.
Of those hospitalized as of Jan. 18, 156 are vaccinated and 574 are unvaccinated. Meanwhile, of the 730 hospitalizations, 61 are on ventilators.
