Mission Statement
As an organization, we strive to inspire, educate, entertain and connect our community through necessary art and storytelling.
Impact
Greenville Theatre, founded in 1926, is the Upstate’s oldest and largest professional theater company. Our 571-seat proscenium theater has entertained audiences from our artistic home located on Heritage Green since 1967. Now celebrating our 100th anniversary, we are honoring our past and looking toward our very bright future. Through our artistic programming and GT on Tour educational outreach, we are able to welcome over 65,000 theatergoers and 15,000 students annually.

Volunteer Opportunities
Box office: Help distribute tickets at will-call before the show and also enjoy the night’s performance.
Ushering team: Help individuals find their seats, assist in post-show cleanup and also enjoy the night’s performance.
