Mission Statement
The mission of the Greenville Police Foundation is to strategically support police officers injured in the line of duty and care for their families through meaningful financial assistance, critical resources and steadfast community support during recovery and beyond.
Impact
The Greenville Police Foundation serves officers and their families in many important ways, but our main focus is supporting those affected by line-of-duty injuries. When a Greenville police officer is injured in the line of duty, the impact reaches far beyond the badge. We step in to provide meaningful support for officers and their families by helping them navigate financial strain, emotional hardship and recovery challenges. Our work brings relief, reassurance and a reminder that they do not face these difficult moments alone.

Fundraisers and Events
As a 501(c)(3), our primary fundraising event is the annual Police Officer Appreciation Luncheon, which brings together community leaders, sponsors and supporters to honor the men and women who serve our city. Sponsorships from this luncheon provide the Greenville Police Foundation’s main source of funding and make it possible for us to assist officers injured in the line of duty and support their families during difficult times. In addition to this signature event, we also receive individual donations throughout the year from generous community members who believe in our mission and want to stand behind officers and their loved ones when it matters.
