The Goddard School recently opened its second child care location in Greenville on Pelham Road.
The new early-childhood-education center will care for approximately 200 children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. The facility will also provide afterschool care for children up to 10 years old.
Bill and Melanie Hyatt are the co-owners of The Goddard School of Greenville (Pelham). The couple also operates The Goddard School of Greenville, at 533 Woodruff Road, and The Goddard School of Simpsonville (Five Forks).
“With such a growing demand for families seeking premium early childhood education, we are thrilled to open our third Goddard School to support the needs of our community,” Bill Hyatt said.
The 15,000-square-foot facility located at 106 Stone Village Drive features:
- 16 classrooms
- A library
- A STEAM lab
- An outdoor sporting court
- A soccer field
- A garden
- An outdoor classroom
- Multiple playgrounds
Bill Hyatt said the school’s team is dedicated to offering a safe, supportive environment for students to inspire curiosity and a passion for learning while equipping them with the tools they need for success in school and life. The new childhood-education center also added 50 new teaching jobs to the area.
