Greenville County Schools announced Aug. 23 Roper Mountain Science Center has received a 2020-21 Pinnacle Award for its virtual student field trips.
“This prestigious award is a testament to the many excellent programs that our talented staff deliver to students here in Greenville and across the country,” said Roper Mountain Science Center director Michael Weeks.
The Pinnacle Award, which was established in 2008 by the Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration, recognizes content providers throughout the world who stand out for demonstrating remarkable educational content quality and exceptional program delivery skills.
RMSC has previously received Pinnacle Awards in 2018-19, 2015-16, 2011-12 and 2009-10.
