Greenville Technical College announced that it was named among the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development and “Diverse: Issues in Higher Education’s” 2020 Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges.
Community colleges given this award are recognized for recruitment and retention practices, inclusive working and learning environments, and community service opportunities.
“We are very proud of the culture change that has taken place on our campuses and continues to grow,” said Greenville Technical College president Keith Miller. “We are committed to continuing the hard work that produces an environment in which students, staff and visitors feel welcomed, respected and valued.”
The college previously received this award in 2018 and has also been received the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity award four times, most recently in 2019.
