The Commons will host a fall festival with live music, activities, seasonal food and drink. There will be free activities for families and workshops.
“The Commons has always been about more than food and drink – it’s about creating memorable moments that bring people together,” Barnes Connell, managing director at Aston said in a news release. “This fall festival gives us the chance to celebrate the season and highlight everything that makes The Commons a gathering place for Greenville.”
The event kicks off in the morning with local art school Vino and Van Gogh offering a pumpkin painting class from 10 a.m. to noon. Sassafrass Flower Farms will offer a bouquet class from 1 to 3 p.m. Those who participate in the flower-making class will also get a free soft serve cone from LaRue Fine Chocolate. Live music will play from 4 to 8 p.m.
Some of the seasonal food options include brisket chili from MooHogz Craft BBQ and pumpkin pie smoothies with whipped coconut ghosts from plant-based eatery Kuka Juice. Automatic Taco will offer a festive cocktail with Indian cuisine Indigo Kitchen including bread specials and tapas bar Paseo offering wine deals.
The Commons is located at 147 Welborn St. in Unity Park.
