United Way of Greenville County announced on April 20 it has received a $25,000 grant from the Truist Foundation, a foundation established out of the Truist Financial Corporation which invests in nonprofits.
“We are so appreciative of the generosity of the Truist Foundation as we work together to change lives and strengthen our community,” said United Way of Greenville County president and CEO Meghan Barp. “Truist Foundation’s focus on economic mobility and their mission to build thriving communities make them perfect partners for our work and we thank them for their incredible support of United Way.”
The grant will be used to support the United Way’s programs and initiatives in areas such as education and financial stability.
