The Julie Valentine Center Run2Overcome 5K/10K will be held virtually from July 18 to Aug. 1. Runners and walkers may follow the official event routes or use a route of their own.
Race organizers are encouraging participants to track their time using Garmin, Apple Watch or the Strava app. Each participant will be able to submit their times through a Google form, which will be available Aug. 1.
Runners and walkers may also set up fundraising pages to help the event organizers reach their $75,000 goal.
Interested parties can sign up to participate in the $25 5K race or the $35 10K race at run2overcome.org.
