Rock the Lot will be a drive-in concert at the Greenville Downtown Airport June 4 and 5.
The event will feature Yacht Rock Revue, a 70s and 80s soft rock tribute band on June 4 and Indiana-based alternative blues band Houndmouth on June 5.
Both concerts will be from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Tickets will be sold separately for each night and admission includes six people per vehicle. The ticket prices are:
- $1,500 – VIP
- $700 – Super Supporter
- $450 – Tier 1 car pass
- $300 – Tier 2 car pass
Attendees will park in their reserved drive-in parking zone, which includes two standard side-by-side parking places large enough to park the vehicle and have space to sit and socialize.
Music will be broadcast over a PA system. In case of inclement weather, the event will use an FM broadcast.
Guests may bring chairs and blankets as well as their own food or picnic; however, grills, cooking equipment and outside alcohol are not allowed. Vehicles will be checked at the entrance gate.
RVs, campers or sprinters are prohibited.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Cancer Survivors Park Alliance.
In addition to the concerts, a Cancer Survivors Day celebration will be June 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cancer Survivors Park at 52 Cleveland St. in Greenville. The socially distanced event is free to attend.
