The Mauldin Cultural Center kicked off its Beachin’ Fridays summer music series on May 28.
The free concerts will be held every Friday at 7 p.m. at the Mauldin Cultural Center’s Outdoor Amphitheater.
This year will feature performances by:
- The Holiday Band
- The Shag Doctorz
- The Tams
- Carolina Coast Band
- Rhythm City Band
- Larry McNair & Friends
- The Catalinas
- Jump Street
- Dana Jones & the Bruce Caldwell Project
- Band of Oz
The final 2021 concert will be on July 30 and will feature a fireworks show sponsored by United Community Bank.
In addition, the weekly event will host a variety of food trucks, such as Bosco’s Baby’s, Seoul Republic, Mac Attack and Jo the Noodle Lady. For the food truck schedule, visit mauldinculturalcenter.org/beachin-fridays.
The Mauldin Farmer’s Market also returned June 1 to the Mauldin Cultural Center’s Outdoor Amphitheater.
The market will run every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. until July 27. It features a variety of Upstate vendors selling locally sourced and produced items and handmade goods, food trucks, beer and wine from Growler Haus, and weekly family activities such as live music, cooking demonstrations and a petting zoo.

During both weekly events, the Rotary Club of Mauldin will be collecting nonperishable food items, paper products, cleaning products and toiletries.
Both Beachin’ Fridays and the Mauldin Farmers Market are free to attend. Guests are allowed to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the outdoor performances. Leashed dogs are also permitted.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited during these events.
