Loaves & Fishes, an Upstate nonprofit that works to reduce hunger, will hold its Taste of the Upstate: The Perfect Picnic, on May 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena at 650 N. Academy St. in Greenville.
During the event, guests will be able to pick up their picnic meals featuring four savory and one sweet item from participating Greenville restaurants, including:

- Southern Pressed Juicery
- Moe’s Original BBQ
- Maestro Bistro
- Lazy Goat
- Herbal Farmercy
- Sun Belly Café
- Oak Hill Café
- Golden, Brown & Delicious
- Soby’s New South Cuisine
- Sidewall Pastry Kitchen
- Basta
- Nose Dive
- Jenauri’s Vegan Bakery
Guests may purchase their picnic meals online for $25 and those who cannot attend but want to support the organization may purchase meals to be delivered to Loaves & Fishes partner agencies.
In addition to the drive-thru event, a silent auction will be held from 8 a.m. on April 25 to 5 p.m. on May 2.
