Aerial adventure park Treetop Quest Greenville held its grand opening July 30. The outdoor obstacle and zip line experience is located at 16 Alna St., inside Westside Park in Greenville.
“We are the first aerial adventure park in Greenville, and we feel it’s a great market for it,” said Sara Baggett, director of operations for Treetop Quest Greenville. “It’s a good location for us because our headquarters is in Atlanta. Greenville is just such an outdoorsy city. People love recreation here and getting outdoors.”
Open to ages four and up, Treetop Quest features 88 obstacles and 27 ziplines. In addition, it features the Chick Pea level with two courses designed for children between 4 and 6 years old.
“Chick Pea is specifically designed for smaller kids,” Baggett said. “The lifeline is a little shorter. It contains only obstacles and doesn’t have zip lines because kids in that age group are not as spatially aware.”

The outdoor experience has four additional levels for ages 7 and up to explore. These different courses offer a diverse amount of difficulty and include a beginner’s area as well as a level comprised entirely of zip lines.
Treetop Quest will be open daily through August, depending on how COVID-19 affects schools and everyone’s schedules, Baggett said. Once schools open, the park will go to weekend operations except for reservations, said Baggett.
The park will be closed the week of Thanksgiving through March 2021 for maintenance.
Treetop Quest has other locations in Georgia, Philadelphia, Mississippi and Virginia.
