According to bidding documents, the property features a nearly 5,000-square-foot Georgian-style brick home built in 1986 and renovated in 2006. The home has five bedrooms, five full and five half bathrooms, terraces, and a variety of other custom features.
The home has a detached garage with space for up to 10 vehicles. The garage is attached to a greenhouse.
A more than 2,600-square-foot barn with six stalls, tack room, office, half bath, and storage space is also on the property.
A ¼-mile driveway that winds through pastures and has a bridge that spans the Reedy River provides access to the property.
Bidding documents said the property is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Greenville and about a 40-minute drive from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
Established in 1950, Green Valley Estates is a 100-home community that overlooks the Green Valley Country Club. The country club has a golf course designed by George W. Cobb Sr., three clay and two hard top tennis courts, a fitness center, pool, and dining amenities.
BlackStream Christie’s International Real Estate is offering the property for sale, with Shannon Donahoo serving as the listing agent, according to bidding documents.
Platinum Luxury Auctions LLC is performing auction-marketing services as part of the transaction, and is not performing any real estate brokerage services.
