For as long as Bonnie Conforti can remember, she wanted to be a mom. Her dream became a reality when she got married and had three sons. Conforti homeschooled her three boys to stay home with them as much as she possibly could. By 2009, her children were growing up, playing sports, and Bonnie realized she wanted a career—one that would allow her to make a difference but still allow her to be home with her boys.

Pondering her options, Bonnie confided in another homeschool mom, who suggested that Bonnie look into cleaning homes. Her friend even provided Bonnie’s first client—her friend’s mother—who is still a client of Bonnie’s ten years later. That led to Conforti creating the Busy Beez Cleaning business, which quickly grew in the homeschool community from the simplest and most important form of marketing, word-of-mouth.

Bonnie committed herself to working two days out of the week for her new business venture, and when she could no longer meet demands by herself, she decided to expand her business. Now, she has seventeen employees at Busy Beez Cleaning. Hiring only dedicated, experienced staff, Bonnie personally conducts interviews to ensure a good fit for the company.

Staying true to Busy Beez motto, “We Clean Green,” the company cleans with 100% green products to ensure safety for children, pets and the environment. And perhaps the most important service Bonnie provides is unmatched customer service. Bonnie says, “We show up when we say we are going to show up, we charge what we say we are going to charge, and we do exactly what we say we are going to do.”

Busy Beez offers a variety of services that include one-time deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, spring cleaning, laundry service, and maintenance to keep clients’ home looking their best.

Bonnie, now with grown children, still has a passion for taking care of kids, and is a volunteer in her church’s children’s area. She loves a good book or documentary and relishes the opportunity to do business with the people of the Upstate. “We respect their home, we appreciate the opportunity to come in their homes and we know that they trust us to do what we can to make their lives easier.”
