Lacey Hennessey, an Upstate-based artist, unveiled her “Welcome to Duke’s Country” mural at C.F. Sauer Co. in Mauldin.
Hennessey worked with Sauer Brands, the company that owns Duke’s Mayonnaise, to create this piece at 728 N. Main St.

“We wanted to create a visually striking mural on the wall of the mayo plant to honor Duke’s Southern heritage and deep ties to Greenville,” said Hennessey. “Our goal for the mural was to celebrate the bold brand personality through the celebration of foods that simply are made better with mayo.”
Once the design was created, Hennessey worked over 12 days with five assistants paint the mural, which includes images like a tomato sandwich, deviled eggs and jars of Duke’s Mayonnaise.
