Metropolitan Arts Council has surpassed its fundraising and earnings record again in 2022, the organization announced at its annual meeting on March 14 at the Peace Center.
MAC raised over $2.9 million, an increase of nearly $700,000 from its $2.26 annual earnings in 2021.
“All of us at MAC are very pleased how the community has rallied around Greenville’s arts community with such an incredibly generous level of support, especially after the devastating aftermath of COVID,” said MAC Executive Director Alan Ethridge. “This response has resulted in MAC having its most financially successful year since its founding in 1973.”
