The Mauldin Cultural Center will host “Beachin’ Fridays,” a new music series that will feature local beach bands and shag dancing every Friday in June from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The Center has also collaborated with Growler Haus of Fountain Inn to provide beer and wine for the events. Growler Haus will be working with Greenco Beverage Company to supply the beer selection. Outside food is prohibited, but food trucks as well as some local restaurants, such as Chicora Alley, will be on-site each night. Admission is free to the public, and attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The “Beachin’ Friday” series kicks off on June 3 with musical guest Carolina Coast Band.
