The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors<\/strong> announced a 13.5% decrease in active residential listings \u2014 from 2,860 in the multiple listing service on May 10, 2021, to 2,475 on May 10, 2022.<\/p>\n

While the number of listings are down, the average residential sales price has increased 14.9% from $411,907 in 2021 to $473,222 in 2022, and median residential sales prices have risen 18.7% \u2014 from $289,561 to $343,880.<\/p>\n

Average number of days on market has dropped by 20.3% from 69 to 55.<\/p>\n
