Listings dropped from 3,929 in the multiple listing service to 2,941 and average days on market has gone from 88 to 64.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/journalhomes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8905\" src=\"https:\/\/journalhomes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"572\" height=\"412\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greenvillejournal.com\/archive-journalhomes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM.png 572w, https:\/\/greenvillejournal.com\/archive-journalhomes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM-300x216.png 300w, https:\/\/greenvillejournal.com\/archive-journalhomes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM-120x86.png 120w, https:\/\/greenvillejournal.com\/archive-journalhomes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM-90x65.png 90w, https:\/\/greenvillejournal.com\/archive-journalhomes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM-320x230.png 320w, https:\/\/greenvillejournal.com\/archive-journalhomes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/Screen-Shot-2021-12-02-at-11.01.43-AM-560x403.png 560w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 572px) 100vw, 572px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And though listings are down, average residential sales prices have jumped 11% \u2014 from $379,000 in 2020 to more than $420,000 in 2021.
