The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors<\/strong> announced a 28.1% decrease in active listings from 4,377 active residential listings in the multiple listing service on Aug. 10, 2020, to 3,147 as of Aug. 10, 2021.<\/p>\n

While the number of listings are down, the average residential sales price has increased 8.9% from $381,145 in 2020 to $415,385 this year, and the median residential sales price has risen 9.5% from $273,900 to $299,900.<\/p>\n

In addition, the average number of days on market has dropped by 41.2% from 97 to 57.<\/p>\n
