According to the multiple listing service statistics as of Dec. 10 provided by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors<\/strong>, there were 3,628 active listings in the market, which is down 22.5% from the 4,683 active units in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

While listings are down, the average and median sales prices are up 6.7% to $382,879 and 3.8% to $269,900, respectively. In addition, listings are selling 15.1% more quickly with the average days on the market dropping from 106 to 90.<\/p>\n

The GGAR also reported a 9.2% increase in listings sold to 14,231 from Jan. 1-Nov. 30, 2020, when compared to the same period in 2019, which saw 13,026 units sold.<\/p>\n

Greenville County also saw a 10% increase in average sales prices to $280,810 from $255,286, a 7.1% increase in median sales prices to $235,000 this year from $219,500 last year and a 3.8% increase in days on market to 55 from 53 in 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
