Developer Moyer TR LLC announced Feb. 22 a plan to overhaul an affordable housing community located off of Old Buncombe Road in Travelers Rest.
The community, now known as Village Circle of Travelers Rest, consists of 17 duplexes. It will receive a variety of interior and exterior renovations, as well as several new amenities, including:
- Community garden
- Fire pit
- Dog park
All property updates are expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
