The waterparks have gone to the dogs. Four-legged friends spent a day of swimming at Discovery Island Sept. 7. See the photos from Discovery Island provided by Greenville County Recreation District. The next Waggin’ at the Waterpark is Sept. 21 at Otter Creek.  The event is held rain or shine. Dog must be three months old and completed first round of vaccines.

Large dogs (over 25 lbs.) 9 – 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Small dogs (25 lbs. & under) and seniors 12:30 – 2 p.m.

$20 pre-registration (out of county fee is $25), $25 day-of registration (out of county fee is $31.25), $35 for both sessions (out of county fee is $43.75). Admission prices are for one dog and one handler. Each additional person is $5. Learn more at
