The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Timothy Glenn Painter on eight counts of receiving stolen goods and one count of grand larceny, the sheriff’s office announced on social media today.

Investigators responded on Tuesday of this week to 617 Looperville Road in Piedmont to follow up on leads concerning stolen property. Investigators discovered with a two-day search warrant that the four-acre property contained a network of underground tunnels used to conceal over $200,000 in stolen property.

Painter is currently in the Greenville County Detention Center on a $133,400 bond.

Construction material
Heavy construction equipment
Power tools
Transport trailers
Vehicles
