With a repertoire of 13 albums and 25 singles under his belt, An Evening with Lyle Lovett and His Large Band will take the stage in Greenville this summer. Lyle Lovett will bring his country tunes to the Peace Center on Aug. 14.

Lovett has long pushed the boundaries of country music by incorporating jazz, folk and pop, and the outcome has been widely accepted. He has received four Grammy Awards in his career for Best Country Album, Best Country Duo/Group with Vocal, Best Pop Vocal Collaboration and Best Country Male Vocal.

The actor/musician has been making music since 1986. This will be Lovett’s third time at the Peace Center since 2008. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 27, at 10 a.m. and prices will range from $45 to $65.
