New outdoor exhibit comes to the Children’s Museum

A new outdoor exhibition is under construction at The Children’s Museum of the Upstate.

Bib’s World is a gift from the Michelin Corporate Foundation and is named after Bibendum, most commonly known as the Michelin Man.

The permanent exhibit will feature various play structures made from tires and other sustainable materials, including a two-story play structure, and the first wheelchair-accessible merry-go-round in the U.S, according to a release.

Bib’s World will celebrate the official opening of the exhibit with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, April 29, at 10 a.m. that is open to the public.
