The Greenville Drive was recognized on Monday as the Public Education Partners 2015 Partner of the Year.

PEP, the leading nonprofit supporter of high-quality public education in Greenville, honored the Drive for its commitment to advancing student achievement and accelerating reading success for students. The Drive provided financial support to volunteering. The Drive’s Reading All-Stars program, sponsored by Michelin, has seen more than 60,000 students qualify since the program’s inception in 2008.

“The Drive has been an invaluable partner in helping PEP continue our mission of supporting and strengthening student achievement in Greenville County Schools,” said PEP Board Chair Neil Grayson. “Their values of engaging and championing our students and schools mirrors PEP’s mission, and we look forward to many more years of partnering with the Drive.”
